Make a Difference

Let’s help them
together.

Founded by two Atlanta natives and graduates of Emory University and Morehouse College, the non-profit workforce development program is dedicated to empowering underserved communities through job training, career coaching, and employment opportunities.

The founders, who met at a global Fortune 500 staffing firm and bonded over their shared passion for community service, understand firsthand the challenges faced by many in Atlanta’s neighborhoods. With a combined background in recruitment, finance, and human resources, they aim to leverage their expertise to bridge the gap between talented individuals and meaningful employment.
